DO I NEED TO READ “TERMS & CONDITIONS” RULES BEFORE ORDERING?
Yes, you need to read and understand our TERMS & CONDITIONS rules in ORDERING RULES menu due to you have to tick the agreement part (as you agreed to TERMS & CONDITIONS rules) in Billing Address from before you do placing order.
HOW DO I ORDER?
Please visit our “HOW TO ORDER” sub menu in HOME menu at the top of the page.
Go to our “PRODUCT” menu, then choose product category as what you prefer, select our product , if you find the one you like
For DOMESTIC order, put it by clicking the button “ADD TO CART” then follow the process from there.
For OVERSEAS order, click the button “HERE” to describe what items you would like to order through email, then you will get our replay for your total orders and follow the process from there
DO I NEED ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
Yes, you need it, having an account will make a faster checkout and payment, so you don;st have to retype your address every time you would like to purchase our products.
CAN I ORDER THE SOLD OUT ITEM?
Apologize, you cann’t order the sold out item due to we cann’t produce anymore.
CAN I ADD ITEMS AFTER I CHECK OUT?
Sure you can add it by making a new order (due to previous order has been recorded) before you do payment…then notify us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to combine your previous order with the new one. Your notification shall be received by us not more than 24 hours due to it is related with payment rules (for payment rules, please see HOW TO ORDER Part in HOME menu.
HOW DO I DEFINE MY SIZE?
You define your size by referring it to our size guide which shows in each page of our product detail.
You can go to /home and click INFO, then select SIZE & MEASUREMENT part.
HOW DO I DO PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER?
You do payment by bank transfer via BCA and Mandiri, Please see PAYMENT rules in ORDERING RULES menu.
HOW DO I CONFIRM MY PAYMENT?
You just click ONFIRMATION PAYMENT menu, then follow the process there.
For information, receiving your payment confirmation will be identified by our email sent to your inbox. Please ensure that your email address is correct written in billing address.
CAN I MAKE AN ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Apologize, you can’t do it due to one single order is belongs to one destination address.
If you would like to deliver your order to multiple addresses, you have to make multiple orders separately by following our delivery and shipping rules.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED/SENT?
Unfortunately you can’t change it due to we will deliver the order to your written address which was 1st time you stated in the billing address.
HOW LONG DO YOU DELIVER MY ORDER?
We will do delivery process 2 working days (for both and international) after we receive your payment confirmation (please see HOW TO ORDER part – ORDER rules and SHIPPING & DELIVERY rules in HOME menu.
For receiving your order, it depends on what you choose the type of delivery in billing Address.
Kindly please note that your order could be delayed caused by special circumstances such as problem in Delivery Company, national holiday, peak season (eg. Idhul Fitri, Christmas, New Year, etc..) and force majeure.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Sure, you can. You can access our partner of Delivery Company website by entering your delivery note number. If you have a problem to get it, we will assist you based on your request through our email.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF FORGET MY PASSWORD?
Click “Lost Your Password” part on MY ACCOUNT menu and follow the instructions.
CAN I RETURN THE DEFECT ITEM OF REGULAR PRODUCTS?
Sure, you can return the defect item of regular products (exclude accessories and sale items) to us within 7 working days of delivery date (delivery date is stated in our Delivery Note) by following our rules of RETURN & EXCHANGE in ORDERING RULES menu.
Kindly please ensure that the defect items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete all tagged merchandise things if those criteria not followed, your returning of defect items shall be refused by us.
CAN I RETURN AND EXCHANGE MY ORDERED ITEM?
Apologize you can’t do it. The ordered items which can be returned and exchange are only for defect item of regular products exclude regular product of accessories and sale items.
For additional information, all sale and regular products of accessories are non-returnable and non-exchange.
